My story begins in darkness—yoga saved my life and brought me back to live a second one, filled with purpose and light. Fully committed to this journey, I’ve dedicated my life to passing on the gift of yoga to others. Today, I coach fellow yogis to become Yoga-Preneurs, empowering them to share their passion while building thriving, heart-centered businesses.
In yoga school, I saw the magic yogis created together, but I also noticed something missing—the vital ingredient of entrepreneurship. Too many yoga teachers’ dreams and purposes went unfulfilled, lost in a world dominated by toxic businesses. I set out to change that.
From rock bottom—with no hope, no money, but a dream—I began my journey. Today, I host international retreats, coach other yoga teachers to embrace their full potential, and, most importantly, I pursued what I love. My mission is to help yoga teachers spread the love, art, and transformative power of yoga while building sustainable, impactful lives they are proud of.

I am a full-time Yoga-Preneur, hosting retreats in Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and now expanding into Europe with Greece. Through Mindful Movement Retreats, I’ve brought transformative experiences to people worldwide, consistently selling out multiple retreats as my mission continues to grow. With this success, Yoga-Preneurship was born—a program designed to guide yoga teachers in sharing their passion with purpose and profitability.
As a mentor, I empower yoga teachers to build profitable, sold-out retreats while redefining their connection to mind, body, and spirit. My coaching combines business growth with personal transformation, helping teachers dismantle limiting beliefs and step into their full potential as creators and leaders.
