Dive into a retreat that focuses on the connection and healing for your mind, body, and spirit. Through daily practices of yoga, meditation, adventure, and holistic nutrition, you'll experience profound transformation and rejuvenation.
This was the most life changing retreat for me both mentally, physically, and spiritually. Caro really helped me navigate through years of pain and confusion and through meditation and yoga I was able to have peace in my mind for the first time in my life !
What is included:

Stay & food
For 7 days and 6 nights, you will stay in the enchanting jungle of Nicaragua. We will provide round-trip transportation from the airport to the retreat center. Enjoy holistically prepared meals by a professional chef throughout your stay.

Activities & adventure
Engage in daily yoga, fitness, and meditation practices and participate in a cacao sound healing ceremony Explore the local culture and adventure with zip lining adventures, a trip to the volcano, and hiking to see the beautiful jungle and animals!

Airport Transportation
While the flight is not included, we send a driver to take you to the retreat center and back from the airport. Liberia International Airport, Costa Rica - Numerous airlines are servicing Liberia at this time, some with non-stop flights from various US cities. Augusto C. Sandino airport, Managua, Nicaragua - only one airline Avianca/Taca is currently servicing Managua. They have flights arriving from Miami daily, as well as flights that connect from San Salvador.

Our beautiful casitas are nestled into the hillside with open views of the Pacific Ocean. Each casita features:
A queen-size bed
An indoor daybed
A ceiling fan (designed to have constant breeze)
A private deck and outdoor shower
A full bathroom with solar hot water showers, ocean views, gorgeous tiles hand-made in Nicaragua, and rain showerheads
